Attend to meetings in the boardroom and record, take notes and provide the client with minutes herein within seven (7) days of the initial meeting
Once minutes is approved by the attorney same is sent to relevant parties for amendments / feedback
If there are any amendments or changes, they are corrected and the final version of the minutes are sent to the clients or respective parties as advised by the clients
